N IONS MASTER VIP Package & Points System Rules

(Valid until December 31, 2025)

1. Package Types
1 V60: Value Product Package
2 V600: Basic Package = Value Product Package
3 V2400: Intermediate Package
Includes V600 × 4 sets + Free 1 set
4 V4800: Advanced Package
Includes V600 × 8 sets + Free 4 sets
5 V12000: Premium Package
Includes V600 × 20 sets + Free 20 sets

Special Notes:
1.For new members: Premium package members may use their V600 package as an activation package (each V600 package is valued at RM600).
2 Members of the same package level are not allowed to sell packages to each other.

2. Purchase & Qualification Rules
1 Members must first purchase a package in order to qualify for selling packages and receiving point distribution.
2 Buy Higher-level Package, sell Lower-level Package: Upline must first purchase a higher-level package in order to be qualified to sell lower-level packages to their downline.
3 Product Rights & Qualification Transfer:
If a customer wishes to purchase a VIP package but the direct upline has not purchased the corresponding package, the system will automatically search upwards until it finds a qualified member who has purchased the package.
Members who have not purchased a package are not entitled to any benefits from such transactions.
4 Never Downgrade: Once the VIP package is purchased, the qualification will be retained permanently unless the member chooses to change the level voluntarily.

3. Activation Mechanism
1 Monthly Activation Required: Members must activate once every month in order to enjoy point redemption and related rewards.
2 Flexible Choice: Members may freely choose which package level they wish to activate.
3 Activation Fee: 50% of the purchased package value will be charged as the monthly activation fee.
Example: V2400 package → Monthly activation fee = RM1200.
4 Non-activated Members:
Even if a package has been purchased, failure to activate for the month means the member will not be eligible for point redemption activities.
Other member benefits remain valid, but they cannot participate in point redemption activities.

4. Points Distribution & Compensation Rules
1 Instant Distribution from Online Store:
When customers purchase products from the online store, points are instantly distributed to the upline and displayed on the member’s login points management page.
2 Points Error Handling:
If points are not credited, the member must notify the company within 1 day.
Reports beyond 1 day will be difficult to process and may not be compensated.
3 Special Compensation Mechanism (limited to V600 & V2400):
If the order is not shipped by the direct upline, the company will compensate the upline with points, ensuring their rights are protected.

5. Validity Period
These rules and compensation conditions are valid until December 31, 2025.
